TECHNICAL SERVICES & MAINTENANCE
It is essential that all weighing equipment is serviced regularly in order to maintain accuracy and maximize performance. We are aware that a weighing system breakdown can cripple a business’ productivity at a detrimental cost to the company. Therefore, we offer a Scale Preventative Maintenance Program that includes phone support service 24/7 (after hours contact). Our dedicated Service Technicians are trained & AP accredited, ensuring your valuable equipment is in the best possible working order, weighing accurately and meeting all Legal Trade Measurement requirements. Maintenance agreements entails checking the scale calibration and carrying out any repairs required. All weighing systems serviced will be issued with a calibration-test report, which will detail any damage and malfunctions, calibration variances and recommended action.
TRADE CERTIFICATION
Our Calibration Division carries out annual Trade Certification of all weighing equipment and is accredited to issue Certificates of Accuracy. Utilizing our Sensortronic Scales Calibration Truck with AP Accredited Weights, we can offer an accurate, onsite test verification to all type of Trade Approved Scales & Weighbridges.
HIRE EQUIPMENT
We offer scales and weighing equipment for short and long term hire. All hire equipment is calibrated and tested before each hire and carries all necessary safety and electrical approvals. Trade approved models are available.
IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING & CUSTOMISATIONS:
Our in-house production and manufacturing facility include a joint venture with a specialist weighbridge engineering workshop and our own Sensortronic Scales workshop for the development of prototype systems and the building & assembly of specialised one off weighing systems.
