17th January 2009 DEFINETLY THE CHEAPEST MOTOR CAMP WEVE STAYED IN FOR 6 OF US! YES IT IS BUSY BUT ALL CAMPS ARE AND TO BE EXPECTED FROM OUR EXPERIENCES OF STAYING IN CAMPING GROUNDS.WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY TROUBLE WHILE STAYING HERE! THE OWNERS ARE REAL,OUTGOING AND FRIENDLY! ITS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, THE MAIN TOWNSHIP, PARKS, SWIMMING POOL ETC.WE HAVE ENJOYED OUR STAY BOTH TIMES WE HAVE VISITED AND LOVE MASTERTON ITSELF! WE WILL CONTINUE TO STAY HERE.

23rd October 2008 This is the worst camp we have ever stayed at. Not because of facilities but because it is accessible by everyone. All night drunken, abusive people walked through the campsite. They tripped over tent guy ropes, swearing. They sat around outside drinking and shouting abuse. We couldn't get out of our tent for fear of what would happen. Being in a tent there was no way we could ring anyone as they were sitting quite close. As soon as day broke we were out of there. We reported it as we left but they just said we should have come to the office and let them know. There should definately be some form of fencing or at least security people around at night.
