Disgusting. Went in with my son who had been saving $ from birthdays and christmas's for a very long time.. and the lack of customer service and treatment was appaulling. The lady behind the counter treated us badly and told my son off for touching stuff (he was gentle and seeing if he wished to purchase)... Will never go here again. Went to another model shop where the customer service was top class! Shop keeper even opened packages for son to view and spent time helping him make good choices. My son spent his hard saved money (which was in the hundreds) to someone who he felt good leaving his money with. I don't know how this shop is surviving in current times where customer service is paramount!
