Overall the gym is awesome, but i think the music needs to be really sort out, sometimes during the week i hear the same song being played two or three times, maybe a bit more rock an allot less techno. but the gym is the best one ive been to. cheers - Cam J

We have achieved good, consistent results with the assistance of our personal trainer, Steve Samuels. If you need help with your motivation then this is the way to go. The Takapuna gym is close to home and not too big, which keeps it 'personal'. With a busy lifestyle our training regime has become an essential ingredient to our health and wellbeing. Kay L

This is the first time in my life that I have ever been to a gym! It is very rewarding, to feel fit and healthy again at the age of 63. The staff is so friendly, and willing to help. Mary P
