World Health & Fitness Club is owned by two Personal Trainers, Emilie Rennell & Shalom Senara, and operated alongside our small team of Fitness Professionals. We are a dedicated team, whose main motivation is to inspire our members to achieve their Health & Fitness goals.

Our Services
World Health & Fitness Club is proud to offer the following range of services:
- Detailed and personalised programming designed specifically for each individual
- Personal Training - ranging from general health and fitness goals, through to Sports Specific training and Boxing
- Group Fitness classes including Boxing, Circuit, Bootcamp and Kids Fun Fit
- Friendly staff and Personal Trainers available to our Members at all times
- Reception and refreshments area complete with pool table, couches, tables and chairs, Protein supplements, protein drinks and bars, and cold drinks.
