I am not a gym fan and joined because of injury. This is the first time I have joined a gym and actually enjoy going. Staff are fantastic and the overall setup I find excellent. If you don't want to exercise in amongst the hard core testosterone junkies you don't have to. It is great to have so many choices i.e. Kimax, Fightdo and Spin to choose from. Leah E
