I would NEVER recommend clark headstones to anyone for any reason - it is unbelievable the heartache & anguish they have created - totally unprofessional in their workmanship but get top marks for being the best liar I have meet in a long time...u suck!!!!

We employed Clark Headstones to do a headstone for our son. Not only was it not done on time, the work was appalling! Not even CLOSE to 'professional' - the granite was cut on an angle (instead of straight), gaps around the granite (up to 5mm) filled with bog instead of the recesses being cut into the timber at the correct size; the list goes on and on! Broken promises, several unanswered and unreturned phone calls, several cases of the guy not being there at an agreed time - the whole deal was a nightmare! And when the time came for our unveiling Clark Headstones didn't even have the courtesy to answer our call regarding our son's photo for the headstone WHICH THEY PROMISED MONTHS BEFORE WOULD BE READY! There are other Headstone companies in Whangarei - do yourself a HUGE favour and use one of them! This company gets a rating of 0.5 because it's the lowest I can give (you have to give a rating and there isn't any NEGATIVE ones!)
