Laser Electrical did the electrical work on our new home, so we asked them to do some extra work for us installing some heaters, although the work (on the heaters) was good we were very surprised to receive a much larger invoice than was expected. We had been quoted for heaters but had not been told of the "extras" that then then charged for and which were quite a lot of money. We had also discovered that they were the cause of us not having proper hot water for six weeks as they had wired the water cylinder incorrectly. We thought that because of this they may look after us but when we complained about the high invoice we received no apology or concession and they didn't seem bothered when I said we would not recommend using them to anyone else and would not use them again. On the whole has left a bad taste in the mouth. So a tip would be that if you want good work then use Laser but make sure you get a full quote of every little bit of cable etc they are going to use so you don't get surprised by a very large invoice.
