I live in Auckland and recieved a gift from my parents that wasn't my taste in jewellery. It was a pandora charm. I was thrilled when I recieved a reply from the store manager that he would be more than happy to exchange my charm for one that was more suited to my tastes. It was the easiest exchange process I have ever expereienced and I would be more than happy to do business with Gold 'n' Gifts again. Brilliant customer service, excellent communication and a polite, friendly attitude is what I found in my dealings with Gold 'n' Gifts. I give an enthusiastic recommendation. 5 stars!
