15th August 2015 We have had an extremely poor experience with Aztech Buildings. I would advise anyone considering purchasing an Aztech shed to steer well clear of them and consider the many other alternative options. A summary of our experience is detailed below.
We purchased a kitset 5 bay farm shed from Aztech about 7 months ago (early Feb 2015). The sales experience was excellent. The sales person (Daniel Prestidge) was extremely helpful and did an excellent job with assisting us to finalise our requirements. From there everything went down hill.
The kitset turned up late and time and time again our builder found parts missing and then had to wait while the missing parts were delivered.
Then as we went to clad the shed, it was discovered that the clear cladding and the coloured cladding did not have a matching profile - so it couldn't fit correctly together. They installed two different types of coloured cladding on the shed (with two different profiles) as a temporary fix while reassuring us (in writing) that they would replace the two different types of coloured cladding with a single type at a later date (once new stock became available).
Since that time we have spent months and months with them stalling us, promising to resolve the issue, passing us between various staff members and then ultimately flat out refusing to do what they had earlier agreed to do (in writing). We have spent many frustrating months chasing them and have now filed a claim in the Disputes Tribunal to get the matter resolved.
I very much wish we had used another provider and avoided the headache.
