2nd February 2014 After reading the above review I have noticed she had the same complaint as me. This morning I rang Team Dental quite distressed as my partner was in a lot of pain. I found the lady on the phone very condescending and rude over the phone - telling me that the pain killers that my partner were using 'weren't actually the best ones to use' - then didn't offer any alternative medication advice. She spoke to me as if I was stupid and like I was wasting her time. She didn't seem to care in the slightest or show any empathy. It's disappointing because on your website everyone looks very friendly so it is a shame that this person is ruining that image.

7th June 2013 Highly disappointed with my experience here on Thursday ( Tauranga). Attended on advice of GP for emergency assessment of my Toddler, unfortunately the lady at the reception desk appeared condescending and was attempting to give advice on a subject she quite clearly was not qualified to, she even went as far as to repeatedly suggest that as my child would require sedation this could not be performed in the practice, this was without anyone as much as offering the advice of an appropriate professional and quite frankly was alarmist to an already stressed parent with a sick child. Subsequently the child was seen the next day, at a different practice,examined quickly and painlessly and without sedation surprise surprise and given a diagnosis of a viral condition which commonly affects toddlers. My constructive feedback would be to treat clients as you would wish to be spoken to and to not give advice which is beyond the realms of qualification. I never would usually complain but I do feel very strongly about the health and well being of my child.
