I wouldn't return to this dentist. It seems, if you are a full paying client, you are a friend. If however you have a discount voucher or coupon, watch out. The receptionist will suddenly turn and become quite unfriendly. The dentists I found fine - but I wouldn't go back simply because of the lack of customer service received by the receptionist in regards to my coupon. A shame - as it's this kind of thing that really lingers in peoples memories. Try treating each and every client with a smile and friendly nature - whether they've got a coupon or not.

The place is not flash but I found them to be clean and friendly. They don't make you feel guilty when you haven't been flossing like you should! i find him to be gentle and I like that. I also find him to be very honest and they only do fillings if they feel you really need it. Reasonable prices. They have a special for new clients for xrays checkup and clean for $65 and I think that's not bad, especially if you just want to try them out.

Don't like going to the dentist but was put at ease by receptionist and dentist. They do a good job and don't charge the earth. The premises is not high class, but the people, equipment, and service are second to none.

dentist hardly said 2 words to me but receptionist/assistant was nice enough. very clean. affordable...yet they want to charge $10 to send a bill out to me b/c they didn't print it out when I was there! go figure! the dentist was very very gentle..in fact a bit too gentle for me b/c I walked out of there not feeling like I got my teeth cleaned! uggh...not the best experience.

Maybe not the most upmarket clinic. But clean, very friendly (helpful for someone with a bundle of nerves)and very friendly on the pocket also. Would recommend to all.
