I had six laser treatments on my face and decided to go to Palm Clinic to get rid of a few remaining fine hairs. I have to say that I am not happy with the results. The hairs are still there and the lady that did the laser told me that they probably won't fall out because the hair isn't thick enough. So what is the point of having it done if the hair is going to stay there anyway. I don't understand how this clinic can even call themselves a clinic, they only have one type of laser when different parts of the body respond to different types of laser. The other problem is that they charge for the time it takes to do a procedure which I think is strange. I am not happy and I won't be returning to this clinic ever again. It was a complete waste of money.

We are very disappointed you have not had the results you wanted. Fine hairs are very difficult to treat as they don't have much pigment in them which is required as a target for the laser energy. Please come back so we can review results and find an alternative option for you. Palm Clinic has some of the most experienced cosmetic physicians and laser nurses in the country with a range of 5 lasers in the practice.
