Very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered an Epson brand black ink and 3 coloured compatible inks for my printer. They sent a cheaper compatible black ink and 2 of the same colour, so I had to pay to return the incorrect items by tracked post. I spoke to the sales manager and he assured me that the correct items would be sent out that very day and it is now a week later and I am still waiting. The 0800 number seems to be ineffective so I have had to leave a message and hope that they contact me with an explanation. In the meantime I have spent $89 and still don't have the goods that I ordered. This is not a good look for an online company .
