23rd November 2011 I would strongly recommend not dealing with this business. They built my web site which was OK but very limited in terms of my ability to edit it. They never return calls. Not once, and when I got sick of the unreliability of the contact form through the site and decided to have the site closed and rebuilt with a different provider, they would not provide me with the UDAI code to transfer the domain. I have been trying to contact them for nearly 2 months to get them close my website and provide me with the UDAI code . They did not respond to dozens of phone calls and emails. It has been extremely frustrating. I have since made enquires about them and have found that I am not the only one to be experiencing these issues. I have just tried to ring them again and now the number advertised on their site is not in service. At least that means no one else will be buyng their product.
