Hopscotch is a great centre. I am totally confident that my child is well looked after when I leave her there. The staff are friendly and supportive and follow good procedures.

We are two early childhood education centres for children aged from 3 months to 3 years and 3 to 5 years.

We are licensed for 35 children at the Early Learning Centre and 30 children at the Preschool. We have a 1:3 ratio for the infants (aged under 18 months), and a 1:6 ratio for the toddlers (aged 18 months to 3.5 years). Our ratio at the Preschool is 1:10.

We have high quality facilities and resources and follow the New Zealand Early Childhood Curriculum, Te Whaariki.

We offer up to 20 hours FREE childcare per child, per week to all 3 and 4 year olds.

You are welcome to visit at any time without appointment.
