Kia ora, Tena koutou and Greetings to all our parents, whanau and families from Beginnings & Beyond Quality Preschool. We hope this website will provide you with some information about our early childhood care and education service. Please feel free to talk to our teaching staff on any area you would like to know about our centre learning environment. All our teaching staff aims to make a positive input into the lives of your child/children who come into our centre. We are an early childhood education centre contracted to the Ministry of Education to provide a quality service for parents and whanau.
Beginnings & Beyond Quality Preschool has an open door policy where parents, families and whanau are welcome to come into the centre at anytime. Parents are welcome to visit the centre with their child/children at anytime.
As all children are different, settling your child into our centre environment may take a while or only a short time. It is important for the children to spend time at the centre with their parents/caregivers if possible before they actually start, for the child to familiarise themselves with the new environment and teachers.
In the mornings try to get to the centre a little earlier so you can spend a few minutes playing with them before you go. Tell them what you are going to do and stick to your plans. Make a point of saying goodbye as it is important that your child knows that you have gone but will be back to pick them up.
