I took a pair of m son's shorts from The Hussif. The lady told me what would have to be done - quite a bit and I was quoted $20 which I thought was a lot OK if they did a good job. When i went to pick them up the girl said "Oh we had to change the quote!" I was charged $40 and belligerently told that they took two hours and four patches. I was too stunned to say anything but have been fuming ever since. I had a quote, they had my phone number. If they weren't able to do what they said they were going to they should have rung the lady who took the order or me but surely you don't just change the quote!
