Over 5 years ago we thought we knew exactly what we were doing,(having gone to investments seminars etc) in managing our properties, WOW, were we ever wrong. Rent arrears, unpaid water, unreported maintenance were issues had to deal with and didnt do so very well at all. We recruited a real Estate Agency to act for us, and nothing improved for us, until we were almost ready to sign and were told to visit RER and give them a go. As I said that was 5 years ago. SInce then we have been stress free, have been delighted in the service they have provided, and we have since bought more. The Real Estate Rentals Team have been managing my first rental property for the last 2 years and I must say they must be highly commended on a job that has been done exceptionally well. In any situations that have arisen they have dealt with the issues at hand very professionally, promptly & efficiently thereby making sure that the tenant is well looked after – but more importantly – so are we. We have minimum vacancy periods with our property which has made the financial side of our investment worry free.
