Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!!!! Really enjoyed mummy coffee / treat and chat time while our darlings played with fairies! (holiday program). Any chance of a set day a week that we could bring them to play and have some more coffee!?!? My little fairy asks every week if she can go along! Will keep watching this space as your facebook friend :-)

We had a lovely experience at the Fairy Shop cafe recently. Myself, my 2.5 year old, 1 year old & my mum went in for morning tea. It was such a beautiful shop with so many amazing things to look at. We had a yummy plate of goodies for the kids, and some good coffee for us grown-ups. The staff were so good with the kids, and very friendly. I'm looking forward to going in again.

Delightful & Divine, my impression of the atmosphere and experience of The Fairy Shop. If you want a beautiful and magical setting for your child's party, The Fairy Shop offers you an enchanting fairytale experience. Delicious treats for the kids and the young at heart. I love the scrumptious treats from their cafe. You could never go wrong with their yummy lolly cake or take your pick from an array of delicacies that will satisfy your cravings. I can guarantee you'll be going back for more, who could resist?
Find them on Facebook for regular updates and great pictures of The Fairy Shop experience; you will definitely want to book your child's party here. Don't forget to pop down to their new cafe, great coffee and friendly service!

I visited the new cafe at the Fairy Shop in Ponsonby with my 2 little boys. We loved it! We had a look around the beautiful shop and then had morning tea in the cafe section. My coffee was fabulous and my 3 year old enjoyed his Pixie Plate and fluffy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We came back a couple of days later for another cafe visit and to buy some gifts from the shop. I was really impressed with the range of options, not only for little girls -I bought a present for a 4 year old boy and one for my sisters 30th. They have some seriously cute stuff there. I would definitely recommend a visit to the shop and cafe.

I can describe The Fairy Shop in one word - WOW! My 2 1/2 year old was in dream land and I was in dream land. Everything was so cute, from the cups right down to the utensils. I felt like a fairy having a cup of tea! The staff were super friendly, as we were ordering our morning tea they were settling my daughter and her friend down to a table for some colouring. The children's menu is awesome and such good vaule, I liked that it was a healtheir choice than most cafes offer. The shop was a dream too, I wish I was a kid again, I am sure I would be stomping my feet for a few of those outfits!!

What an amazing environment particulalry for children but being 37yrs of age I still walked into the shop with m ymouth wide open in complete awe. The Fairy Shop is every little girl and big girls dream. I found it a haven of all things gorgeous and yummy, from the merchandise, to the food and the incredibly helpful staff. I went in a rather distraught bride to look for a dress just the right shade of purple for my 2yr old flower girl, of course I couldn't put her in anything for fear she would never take it off. The girls in the shop were amazing, Rosie showed me many dresse all gorgeous and then shpwed me the Flash Harry dresses, we talked about colour and eventually decided to get one made, it was stunning, of course many days later my flower girl still had her dress on. I completley recommend a visit to the shop. i have just read they are to be opening a cafe too, can't wait now I can happily enjoy a coffee and cake in amongst all the gorgeousness.

I had my daughters 5th birthday at the faiiry shop in Kroad, very dissapointed as the party was certainly not cheap. The entertainment and value for money was certainly not what was advertised, the fairy blew bubbles for more then 15minutes and the kids were bored. The cake was not what i ordered off the website from the photos and they gave a doll that was not even the one used for the cake and was from the $2 shop (it still had the price on it). Went to another kids party a few weeks later at the fairy shop and it was very much the same! very poorly done birthdays , would not reccomend this venue to anyone.

It is a wonderful enviroment for children though i had a personal dissappointment with the management . Had booked a place and had paid for a cupcake that was due for my two year old but landed with a slice. When approached for help I got the answer "did your child enjoy her slice, sorry we ran out of cupcakes as people who didnt book earlier arrived"well my 2 year old was sweet enough to enjoy her slice but i didnt know what one should feel after such an answer when you have a right to get what you paid for !!
