At Just Kidz we believe learning at this age should be fun. A time for exploration and discovery. We acknowledge that these early years in a child's life are the moulding years critical to their future development. We provide a stimulating and high quality learning environment that lays a foundation for life-long learning skills.
Children are encouraged to learn through experience and participation, thus allowing opportunities for problem solving and risk taking. Our educators assist children to develop high self-esteem, to be able to co-operate with others and show mutual respect for one another. The programmes we provide are carefully planned and monitored to meet the unique needs of each individual child to enhance all aspects of their development.
Educare means 'to draw out'. Our educators try to establish what your child's strengths and interests are and to incorporate this into the programme. Portfolios continue the link between the Centre and home and reflect each child's progress and daily life in the Centre. Children's cultural heritage is respected and educators encourage children and families to interact and share their differences in a positive way.
Our staff are carefully chosen for their personal qualities of warmth and caring as well as their ability to be able to relate well to both children and adults. Educators are professional, competent, motivated and encouraged by management to continually improve on their skills.
Just Kidz is committed to providing benefit to all involved, in particular the children, families and staff. Parents are most welcome at our Centre. Our aim is for your child to feel as though we are their home away from home.
