3rd November 2012 I stumbled upon Salon 101 when I waa still new in NZ and I never changed my sylist since! Neil is so talented with cut and color that people would always notice it! I've been recimmending my friends to him and we all love him! He's straight to the point and honest, doesn't care about commission as long as you would look good! He and his assistants are just the best!

19th August 2011 I know everyone has bad days but I found this hairdresser particularly rude, not willing to listen to what I wanted done and a very rough blow dryer ( I still have tender spots where hair was ripped out). I was really upset after and I will not be going back and I can only hope this salon realizes the importance of a little politeness and customer care.
