I know everyone has bad days but I found this hairdresser particularly rude, not willing to listen to what I wanted done and a very rough blow dryer ( I still have tender spots where hair was ripped out). I was really upset after and I will not be going back and I can only hope this salon realizes the importance of a little politeness and customer care.
