Shocking company to deal with. We spent over $6,000 on our bed which now has a fault in it. Despite 3 visits into the store, over 5 phone calls and an email the manager will not make contact with us to remedy the problem. We have now gone to Sleepyhead directly. My advice, shop somewhere else as this shop has no idea what customer service means
