By far one of the best wine bars in Auckland. I would highly recommend coming here if you want to have a catch up (and actually be heard) with a friend over a glass of wine.

The Wine Loft is a great cosy, candlelit bar. Fantastic wine selection, great place for an after work drink or an intimate date. The only downside was being asked for ID after we had been there for about half an hour and the guy not being so polite about doing so! Other than that, great place

Perfect for after work drinks. Very cosy venue (with a lovely fire place). Excellent wine choice as you can imagine. Tasting platters are very nice and match the wines perfectly. Staff are very knowledgeable which makes it a nice experience.

Three pinot noirs and a chianti classico - that's what I tried from the selection of tasting wines.
I prefer red wine and I wished there were more pinot noirs in the list. My wife had three kinds of savs. We had the white wine platter and the Loft pizza - which would normally be too much for two people, but I was hungry enough. Next time, we would definitely just order a platter.
The place looks and feels great in the evening, with leather couches and long tables for groups, and small tables by the big windows for couples like us. The staff are quite likeable.

The food is great and reasonably priced the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is really good feeling. Will go again and again

If imbibing a range of outstanding wines from all around the world is your sort of thing, then this is the wine bar for you. Very English wine-bar feel to it and a snug place to hide from the winter weather. Great platters that perfectly compliment the wine.
