We teach people to save lives in a fun and interactive environment.

You will gain confidence in actually doing first aid.

Our courses meet OSH requirements and we are NZQA accredited.

Our most popular courses are:
- Outdoor First Aid
- Workplace First Aid
- First Aid for Teachers (FASE)
- CPR

We can also tailor courses to suit your group or workplace.

One thing we can assure you of is that you'll learn a lot and have a lot of fun doing so. Don't expect to come along and sit listening to someone for hours on end, but do expect to get involved, whether it be in group discussions, practicing on each other or dummies (that could be one and the same!) or in mock scenarios.

Your instructors will be qualified to Pre-Hospital Emergency Care and NZ Resuscitation Council Instructor Level 3 and they're also qualified to NOT bore you senseless.
