I brought a jet ski from OPW in feb 2010. As a first time buyer Steve took the time to explain to me the pro's and con's of each different brand of ski and after a test ride on both brands i was sold on the type he had first recommended. He also talked me through how to look after and maintain my watercraft once home. I always planned to modify my ski and after a couple of months of learning to ride i went back to have OPW to trick my ski out for freeriding. My ski is a 100% reliable crazy fast and gets abused every weekend. Thanks steve and his team for the fun times & the A++ service
