Dear Sir, The phone manners of the company are below any standard ie. rude, impolite and unprofessional (this includes a customer getting hung up on by the operator for no excusable reason!). Being the one and only company in Westport providing taxi service Buller Taxis seem to have adopted a 'we-can-treat-customers-whatever-way-we-like' approach. This is an interesting business attitude indeed – even by West Coast standards.
