New Zealand's government formally recognises NZIMM as an Approved Halal Organisation for meat certification. Our auditing staff hold the National Certificate in Halal Meat Production.
NZIMM is technology led and issues Halal Export Certificates and Slaughter Plant Licences only in strict accordance with; the Shariah of Islam, individual country requirements, the animal welfare rules in the New Zealand Slaughter Code, the New Zealand government Halal Notice and the New Zealand Halal Standard.
