7th March 2011 absolutely terrible to deal with, broke down and took 20mins on the phone to tell them where I was, even though i gave an exact address with directions, then another hour for the roadside rescue crew to arrive, need work done on my car and they refuse to accept the receipt from my mechanic saying the servicing is up to date, will never buy insurance from this company again. STAY AWAY!

29th January 2008 Sorry the problem is not with motorplus, its with their insurance Vero Warranty, whom im still trying to get them to pay out after 2months.

6th December 2007 they keep coming back to the mechanic saying they can't find anything wrong with the motor when the mechanic himself said that it needs replacing. It is now going on 3 weeks. They want to find the actual cause for the breakdown, which is costing me more time and money, because they are not going to be coving the full cost of replacement.

27th November 2007 been waiting over a week to get repairs done on car.all service documentation has been faxed from garage.but that mite not be good enough im told,because i cant find the lil red service book.its a joke motor plus are a joke.they need to honor there agreement with out this hassle.after all i have paid for this insurance.theres no such thing as a free lunch.
