Toyota New Zealand has 290 staff and operates from three locations: the National Customer Centre in Palmerston North, Thames Vehicle Operations, and Auckland. Our business is quite diverse and there are a wide variety of roles within the company, from our corporate office to refurbishing used vehicles.

Toyota New Zealand (TNZ) imports and wholesales Toyota and Lexus new vehicles sourced from Japan, Australia, England and Thailand.
Used Vehicles
TNZ imports used Toyotas purchased in Japan and certifies them to specific standards at its Thames Vehicle Operations Centre. Ex-lease Toyotas originally sold new in New Zealand are refurbished at Thames and sold as Signature Class. Toyota vehicles from both sources are then re-marketed under the Signature Class brand.
Parts and Accessories
Toyota Genuine Parts and Accessories are supplied from TNZ's Palmerston North distribution centre.
Customer Reassurance Products
No Worries Warranties and Service Plans for Toyota vehicles.
Toyota Vehicle Insurance is also available to Toyota owners.
Service and Technical Training
New and Signature Class Toyota's are sold with a warranty offering peace of mind motoring. Technical support is available to our franchise outlets via our Service and Training centres.
