Award Carpets was established in 1985. It is an owner operated boutique style business. We are a Cavalier Bremworth dealership and have been their No. 1 dealer (residential) for the past 15 years. We have been sole supplier to Fletcher Residential Homes for 23 years having successfully completed some 6,000 homes.

As owner I can offer 33 years of experience in the industry. This experience enables us to help you decide on the correct purchase for your requirements. We had a terrible experience with Award Carpets. We were certainly expecting superior service from a small owner-operator company but this was definitely NOT our experience. There was a problem with our order and we understand mistakes happen but the disappointing thing was that they did absolutely nothing to try and rectify the situation. They expected us to wait 3 months or bear additional cost to get it sooner. Appalling service and communication, would not recommend. These guys obviously only care about their big clients like Fletchers - everyday residential people steer clear, you'll get much better service elsewhere.
