1. Contact Dr. Tech via email or fax or the toll free number and explain how he can help.
2. Dr. Tech will give you a rough estimation of the costs.
3. If you are happy with the estimated costs Dr. Tech then confirms & sets up an appointment for an on-site visit.
4. Dr. Tech diagnoses the problem or analyses the request on-site then gives the exact costs.
5. Dr. Tech will fix the problem if you are happy to meet the costs, otherwise will charge you only for the on-site visit which is 25$.
6. If parts (hardware) or programs (software) are needed those will be charged to you separately & ordered.
7. Once ordered parts arrive Dr. Tech will install them in house or on-site.
8. Dr. Tech then tests the system to make sure it is working properly and gives a warranty of 15 days on the resolved problem (if it appeared again within 15 days it will be fixed for free!)
