Excellent service would be an understatement if I had to describe my experience with Panworld Travels. I was touched by the polite, prompt and professional service offered to me by the staff and I was always kept updated with my booking status, visa application paperwork, hotel accommodation etc. was all handled well in time and without follow up. And for all the good service I received the airfare I paid was much less than what I was offered by other travel agents in town. All my friends to whom I recommended Panworld also were quite impressed with the service and the competitive airfare they got. All in all I would say it was good as gold! Give it a go mate! Cheers

Very poor Service. I can only speak about my experience. I called day one, spent time giving details like travel dates, names, travel destination etc on phone, was promised an itinerary back via e-mail immediately, but received no response after entire 24 hours. I called next day, had to start all over with details again. Staff on phone helped but was rude. Kept mumbling about different airlines and seats etc - all i needed to know was the prices of seats available but all i kept hearing was " very bad time to travel" over and over. They ended up quoting $70.00 cheaper per person than another travel agent but i have decided not to purchase the tickets after the way i was treated.
