1st December 2011 I was recommended to see Dr Karan by a friend. He is professional, caring and gentle with his hands. I have always dreaded dental visits, however, due to the need for extensive crown work I decided to ask friends and family for their dental contact.
Dr Karan explained the procedure in detail and made me feel at ease. I have a wonderful set of teeth and enjoy all types of food now. I will be recommending Dr Karan to as many people as I can.

1st April 2016 Dr SUri, Doesnt go out of his way to make you feel secure. He plays house music throughout the appointment and doesn't explain well what is happening. He does have nice staff though. However, I felt safer with the student from Otago Dental school than with Dr Suri. I had a crown put on a broken tooth and the temporary crown fell off twice, the colour of the permanent crown wasn't great and the fit not brilliant at least initially with a jagged feeling still present. He does good deals however so if you are only having a filling and nothing too serious I think he is fine. He just doesn't take himself or his practice seriously enough. I found myself asking the receptionist and the student dentist if they thought the work was up to scratch and safe. Also don't go in the back door (I had to once has he was late and the receptionist could only open the back door) as you have to go through his "office". It's stuffed full of old files all higgeldy piggeldy and disorganised. It doesn't inspire confidence to see that.

24th June 2013 I have had nothing but trouble with this practice, I had a filling fall out twice and put back in again, it still doesn't feel right. I had composite veneers put on my front teeth 8 months ago and one has fallen off. I went to a different dentist to get checked and found out that what I got put on my teeth was not composite veneers but just white fillings added over my teeth, I feel conned. I was also charged $350 for impressions of my teeth which I have been informed should have only cost around $50. Wouldn't recommend.

22nd November 2011 Do not go to Dental Cosmetics. Dr Karan Suri is the most unprofessional person I have met. His premises are not hygienic and his dentistry skills are horrendous. I got work done 3 weeks ago and I have had to go somewhere else to get it fixed.
