Contrary to the previous review, the writer of which was obviously an unsuccessful tenant applicant, my experience with Warrick Smith also as a tenant applicant, (successful) was both straightforward and pleasant. As a Landlord he was always fair and reasonable and nothing was ever too much trouble.
