Picked my car up after insurance crash repair, told had had wheel alignment. Wobbled down road as front bearing damaged, took it back. "Oh yeah forgot to replace it". Various other issues with it. Took to another panel beater to repair minor issues as no faith in their abilities and getting attitude from them! couple of weeks later also realised that they had topped radiator up with straight water (had to be removed to repair frontal damage) as result coolant rusty as not correct ratio of anti freeze to water. Would not let them fix my wheelbarrow!

I have searched for this customer on our database and I have asked our Panelbeaters if they remember this job. We have no recollection of this job, and, when reading Mike66one's comments, there are several things wrong with his story. If it was an Insurance Claim then the Insurance Company is involved every step of the way. There is no way a vehicle would be released to a customer until after a wheel alignment was done. If a customer was unhappy with anything at all, they would always go back to their Insurance Company, or back to us with their concerns and we would be obliged to fix any problem found. No Panelbeater would ever fill a radiator up with straight water. WE BELIEVE THIS IS A FABRICATED STORY AND IT SEEMS UNFAIR IT CANNOT BE REMOVED.

Just had my car back from them, took them a week longer then they told me, and didnt even paint all that they promised. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone i know. Thanks for wasting my time.

Unfortunately we had several members of our staff away sick at the same time, which meant that we did get behind in our work. This is obviously something we cannot plan for, and it is impossible to get in temporary Panelbeaters. However, as soon as everyone was back on board, extra hours were put in to catch up. A quote was done for the work indicated. We are always happy to give additional quotes, and do extra work.

Twice now I have chosen to use this firm, after a few dud jobs elsewhere. Brandon is great: honest: careful to do the admin work properly and explain and organize things. He also keeps to the promised times, and the final job is fantastic, with the car looking like new. His loan car is good, and this time he even left a small bottle of touch-up paint in the car for me! I recommend Pakuranga Panel without reservation. Jim Langabeer

Brandon at Pakuranga panelbeaters is fantastic!!! I have had him fix up a couple of my cars from my own silly faults, but mostly through insurance from other people hitting me. I just got my car back this week after the front being fixed from being scraped. The colour is a perfect match, and there is not one problem. He has great communication skills and is very friendly. My partner and i have both had previous problems with other panelbeaters, and I would never go to anyone else again after the service I have received from pakuranga panelbeaters.
