We specialize in the supply of componentry to following industries: *Plastic *Hydraulic *Agricultural *Dairy *Manufacturing *Engineering.

Our strength is in our ability to help solve our customers machining requirements. We encourage our clients to contact our staff directly to receive personal assistance and service quality you won't find anywhere else. We make ourselves readily available to assist you in achieving your deadlines for production of componentry.

Delivery - Local Deliverys in the Auckland area are no problem with our very own CNC Machining Co Ltd Delivery Truck. We use only the most reliable couriers and freight companies for our many Customers further afield.

Our Services

TURNING - Turning: 1mm - 400mm and up to 600mm Long

MILLING & TAPPING - 4th Axis Tapping

COMPUTER ASSISTED DESIGN - Computer Aided Manufacturing is the use of computer software to control machine tools and related machinery in the manufacturing of workpieces. Our staff are well trained in the use of several CAD and CAM programs, i.e MasterCam, GibbsCam.

Other Services Co-ordinate Measurement Machine - ISO 9001-2000 accredited. We make good use of our co-ordinate measurement machine (CMM) in our Quality Control room.

We have continuous staff training in Quality Control and we are dedicated in ensuring our customers receive only the highest quality of service and goods.

Other Services apart from Machining

Welding (mig, tig) Broaching Powder Coating Electroplating Blue, Gold or Black Zinc Plating Galvanizing

AT CNC Machining we boast the following products

8 CNC Lathes
4 of which are bar-fed for un-manned machining
4 Machining Centers
2 of which have 4th Axis Capabilities and a fully equipped engineering workshop in support.
Our maximum machining capacities are
Turning: 1mm - 320mm and up to 680mm long.
Milling: very small to X 1100mm x Y 510mm x Z 590mm high.
