2nd April 2020 I used Iron Bridge to manage our previous family home where we had lived for more than 5 years in Hillcrest. At the end of a year's tenancy I discovered 3 cuts had been made in 3 support beams in the garage. Iron Bridge did not pick this up at any point during the tenancy through inspections, and couldn't provide me an ingoing report that they were supposed to complete and photos to prove the status of the property prior to the tenancy. Other issues they did not pick up include broken wardrobe door handle, missing plants in the garden, a dying tree etc. Home owners and landlords, if you're thinking of using them, think again! Do not make the same mistake I did. They are totally incompetent! (P.S. If my rating for them remains 0.5 star, that means they have not tried to get this issue resolved, so readers don't be fooled by any fake response they may have.)
