Purchased Groupy Voucher from online, Exp. date 25 March. Contacted her many times to make an appointment since early March but did not reply. She finally replied on 24 March in the late afternoon via txt message and said she doesn't work on 25 March. It was totally disappointment from this person!

I am disappointed by this review, as the person has had this voucher since September and ONLY contacted me after 3pm on Saturday 24 march (which I did reply to via text) unfortunately my salon is closed on Sunday's and Monday's which is stated on my hours of trade on this site. I would have been happy to extend this voucher to sometime during this week because of being closed on a Sunday. Cheers.
