I'm not surprised to find that Shambo's experience was as mine was today. Unwelcoming, rude, and extremely judgemental!! A very unpleasant experience indeed. Last time I shopped there it was similar, but not as bad, and from the same staff members. Will be shopping elsewhere from now on even though Ceres is around the corner from my home in Ellerslie. What happened to the happy, warm and friendly staff who used to work there?

Dear Chibanda, I am most alarmed to hear of your unpleasant experience. I would very much like to hear more about this if you would be so kind as to contact me direct. As of yet I have not spoken to any staff but can assure you I will, to find out what may have happened, as I take this very seriously. It is unnerving to hear of this as we usually pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our customers which we have had many praises for. Whats up with the unhappy judgmental employees? Seems they are not liking the "organic lifestyle" all that much. Ease up folks and smile a bit. Good grief!

I can only commend you for bringing this to our attention, and would more than anything like to invite you back to the store for a hopefully much more pleasing experience. I have spoken to all staff trying to pin point the occurrence and can only say it may have been a misunderstanding..
