I booked Paul Russ removals to transport my household goods from Christchurch to Nelson. On the day of removal I was contacted by the company to say that the load they had collected which was to be transported along with my items was larger than expected and they had no room for my items. Whilst I can understand how this occurred it was a major disaster at my end as the new owners were arriving with their own goods and I was left with no one to remove my household goods. Therefore I would never ever recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances.
