Paul and the team at Taggs-r-us did a great job with our lanyards order.
From the initial query to the delivery he was in contact with us the
whole way through. Even though we put our order through during the busy
Christmas period they were delivered to us in the first week of January,
so a great turnaround.

PRIMERA How did you find pre-sales communication/correspondence: 10/10 Fantastic communication. Always friendly & enthusiastic. Were all your calls & emails answered promptly: 10/10 Always - it was great to be able to rely on Paul to reply to a request quickly (whether the request was urgent or not). Were you impressed with the final product & its quality/appearance: 10/10 If I could give 1000 as a score, I would. The lanyards looked FANTASTIC! They were much better than I had even HOPED for. Do you have any other feedback that would be important for us to know? This was a most painless experience. Paul was full of helpful suggestions & went past the call of duty to help us keep costs down (we are a non-profit organization). VERY happy & would certainly use Taggs-r-us again. AS PER WEBSITE
