At Zone Nutrition we develop eating plans by looking at our past, to the diets and lifestyles that best suit our genetic heritage, these are balanced, healthy and low glycemic load eating plans. We specialise in teaching the principles of the Zone and Paleo diets

The Zone diet can help improve many health complaints, including headaches, joint pains, excess weight, sugar cravings, bloating, PMS and more.

Qualified nutritionist Julianne Taylor can work with you either in a one on one consultation or in group seminars, to help you put the Zone Diet into practice. She looks at your health issues and goals and designs a meal plan based on food preferences. She can also recommend supplements that might be of benefit.
