Thank you KypCat for your review. As the owner of Redwood Service Centre I would like to add the following. The Major windscreen damage was measured as being within the critical vision area of the windscreen. We have referred a complaint to Land Transport Safety Authority regarding VTNZ issuing this WOF. Accoring to legislation this is a clear cut WOF failure.
Sorry that you feel we are not 'customer centred' but many others would disagree and this is proven with our large loyal customer base.
