Not only does the 3D Imax break down almost every week but if they give you a refund the new tickets they give you cant be used to book online. Not only cant you use the tickets to book online, but you have to arrive 30 min early to get the tickets and take pot luck with the seats you "might" get and then you have to stand around for 30 min and wait for the movie to start. These guys have to be the worst/most unfriendly movie provider
