Green Cabs branches in New Zealand

caught a green cab in wgtn the other day. great service and much cheaper than wellington combined. the driver was pleasant, and did not display the arrogrance the drivers in other big companies do. very friendly, he didnt complain all the way about his day or his boss. good luck will go out of my way to support the new player. again great service.

Worst service ever!!! Can I do zero stars? Booked a cab in advance in Auckland for 4.30pm. Called at 4.45pm and informed it was just around the corner. Called again at 4.55pm fuming as I had a 5pm deadline (5 min journey away) and was advised the driver had picked up someone else (they had my name and an exact pickup point), they dispatched another cab which arrived at 5.10pm. I asked for a discount as they had made me seriously late for an important deadline, and they said no but gave me the owners phone number so he could explain my lateness... what am I 5yrs old??? The traffic at 5.10pm was considerable heavier and my 5min journey was about 20 min long and way more expensive than it should have been. Use at your own peril, I can forgive the lateness with better customer service, but the whole episode was incredibly infuriating.
