I had the same hot water cylinder in my bach for about 45 years, eventually it died and I replaced it with one from this company. Under 5 years later (within warranty period) it failed, and had to be replaced. The company refused to honour the warranty, claiming on the basis of blurry photos with no written report, that the problem was my water (it is a rainwater-fed system). The replacement cost was almost $2,000. Extremely disappointing service.
