Rubber Goods in New Zealand

On 18 March I ordered a stamp online, with the request that I needed it by 22 March and if this were not possible the order be held while they notified me to see whether I wanted to go ahead anyway or not. We received a proof the same day, which we approved. By the 26th March no news, so I emailed them. No answer. We continued to email and call, no emails were replied to, no calls were answered and answer phone messages were not responded to. Finally, I gave up and left an angry message on the answerphone telling them that we hadn't received the stamp and it was way too late anyway, so we wanted to cancel the order. This was in April. On the tenth of May, (about 8 weeks too late) we received the stamp. I emailed Cathy to query it, and received nothing in return but noticed that my credit card had now been charged for it. I called and spoke to the manager who promised that the charge would be reversed and offered as consolation that I could keep the stamp anyway, but a month later nothing has been done. I called again and left a message asking them to call me right away to sort it out or else I would have to dispute the charge with my credit card company and noone called me back. What terrible, terrible service!! Wouldn't touch these guys with a ten foot pole and recommend you don't either.
