Natural Therapy in New Zealand

My son purchased a voucher from the UK for a massage as a gift for my birthday. Three weeks later I still had no voucher in the mail and no phone call. I eventually made contact and was told Claudia was overseas and she would contact me on her return. In the meantime my son also made contact from the UK and they assured him they would be in touch with me the week after Easter. I waited patiently but no contact. At the end of the following week now 5 weeks from mybirthday, I made contact with Claudia via cell phone), who told me she had a busy week with relatives staying but did not not know why she had not been in touch with me. Although she offerered to "make it up to me: to compensate for the hassle, she could not make an appointment as she was out at her Mothers. I requested a refund but no instructions were given about how this might take place. When you book a massage you look forward to being pampered by a professional - this was more like trying to get a reluctant teenager to do the dishes. Very poor service which does not reflect the professional website.
