Quality of the engineered stone benchtop seems fine. Installation was a problem as templater did not advise homeowner of additional alterations to cabinetry needed, even though cabinets were already present. Installers damaged cabinetry to try to install, had to stop installation, repair/alter cabinetry and reinstall. Installers had builder present for second installation but didn't review the whole job before builder went offsite. Business should advise builder/owner of alterations needed to accommodate installation in advance of installation.
